SPA RESORT BRUSNO
Spa resort Brusno lies in the Slovak Ore mountains in the village Brusno near Banská Bystrica. The greatest virtues of the spa resorts are clean air, silence, and beauty of the surrounding nature, where everyone will enjoy relaxing and forget about the daily stress.
There are also stunning views on the surrounding hills, but also on more distant peaks of the Low Tatras – Prašivá or Veľká Chochuľa (1753 m.a.s.l.). The resort is set in mildly stimulating climate.

The spa is specialized on treatment of disorders of circulatory system, digestive system, metabolic disorders, and disorders of endocrine glands as well as occupational and work-related diseases.
Natural healing springs
In the spa are together 7 mineral springs, of which four are used for medical purposes - Ondrej, Ludvig, Paula, Ďumbier. Water from the spring Ondrej is also distributed as a drinking mineral water called Brusnianka. Spring water is in the spa used for drinking cures as well as for mineral baths. On the one hand, healing effect of the drinking mineral water is the most remarkable at curing digestive problems. On the other hand, healing effect of the mineral baths is mostly helpful in treating disorders of circulatory system and musculoskeletal system.
Walkways in the spa
There are several walkways in the resort complex through which you can get know surrounding nature. Besides marked tourist routes within the complex, there are also tourist routes to nearby locations od Skala, Dubinka and Kopok. You can also refresh from the mineral springs during your walks.
