Splav Hrona

Rafting on the river Hron

The Hron river is the second largest Slovak river after the river Vah. It springs below Kráľová hoľa and after 289 km it flows into the river Danube in Štúrovo. Hron is hardly marked by human activity and that is why it is often sought after by paddlers. Small waterworks are mostly passable and the water flows through its original stream bed. The Hron rafting can be completed without any major problems along the entire river.

Paddling trips on Hron with passenger transport and possible meals take place from early spring to late autumn. It is a complex service from material equipment (boats, paddles and accessories), through the transport of boats and people to secure parking.
